A list of all the rules concerning the table in Kojammi-Pool

Table Specifications

Kojammi-Pool is played on a regulation standard 8ft pool table (Playing Area = 44″ x 88″). The Live Line must be placed one quarter of the length of the table or 22″ away from the Playing Zone Cushion. The Black Spot must be placed 11″ from the Back Cushion and equidistant to the Side Cushions. The Kojammi Spot must be placed 22″ from the Back Cushion and equidistant from the Side Cushions.

Definitions
  • Live Line’ –  A straight line positioned 22” from the “Player Zone Cushion”.
  • Player Zone’ – The area of the table between the “Player Zone Cushion” and the “Live Line”.
  • Outfield’ – The area of the table between the “Live Line” and the “Back Cushion”.
  • ‘Outfield Pockets’ – The four pockets located in the outfield area.
  • ‘Kojammi Pockets’ – The two pockets located in the Player Zone.
  • ‘Kojammi Spot’ – Positioned 22’’ from the “Back Cushion” and equidistant to the “Side Cushions”. 
  • ‘Black Spot’ – Positioned 11” from the “Back Cushion” and equidistant to the “Side Cushions”.
  • “Side Cushion/Side Cushions” – The two longest cushions on a “Kojammi Table” running the full length of the table.
Rules Concerning The Table
  • Competitions must be conducted on a regulation Kojammi-Pool Table as defined by the WKPA in the Definitions section.
  • Active Players must always ensure that they stay within the Playing Zone when Rolling.
